We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit but will work with you and the post office to file a claim.
Returns are accepted for online store credit only and must be received back at our storefront within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. All sale items, accessories, and any items purchased using a discount code of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. Items that do not meet these guidelines will not be processed, and if you wish to have them sent back to you, a $10 return fee will apply. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted and will also incur a $10 return fee if sent back. Shoes must be unworn, in their original box, and placed inside a separate protective shipping box—any damage to the shoe box will result in the return being ineligible.
