Refund policy

Return Policy:
*Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront
within 14 days of the date received.  

*Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


*Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned to you, a $10 fee will incur.

*All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Sale returns will not be processed for online or store credit.


*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. If items have make up, perfume, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

*Shoes must show zero signs of wear and must be in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.

*If the order is returned past the 14-day window or does not fit the return guidelines, you will not be given credit and the items will be sent back to you for a $10.00 return fee.

Exchange Instructions:
Please call us at 281-916-4442 or email mimishouseboutique@gmail.com and we can process the exchange for you.  Our inventory is constantly changing so exchanges may not always be available. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time.  If your item is out of stock we will issue you store credit to use as you wish on future orders.
